1. Alex is an entrepreneur who is in business for a good amount of years. He had worked with thousands different real estate projects and had great amount of deals behind. 
2. Alex is a domain expert because he understand how to successfully invest.
3. I worked with Alex before on a few deals .
4. During our conversation  with Alex, I offered him to become a passive financial partner in this deal for a fraction of profit.
5. Including Alex in my network will be financially beneficial to me as this will allow me to expand faster.

Market Expert

1. Anna is a real estate marketing expert  and negotiator graduated from the University of Texas.  Anna is an entrepreneur/ wholeseller who is in business several years.
2. Anna is a great negotiator and is very successful negotiating deals over the phone.
3. I found Anna on facebook on closed investment group because she had one property that I decided to make an offer on. I made an offer and we went under contract, after that we had a phone conversation that ended up with discussion of my business idea and her interest in working on it
4. I wanted to hire Anna to work remotely to negotiate deals over the phone with customers either on employee / employer or on B2B / partnership basis .
5. Including Anna in my network will allow me distribute  responsibilities accordingly to the best professional to obtain greatest results and success.

Important Supplier

1. Steve is an experienced private investigator.
2. He is a supplier in this case as he is assisting our company with finding customers and their contact information so Anna can contact them.
3. I found Steve when I was looking for a private investigator to check potential partner.
4. I met with Steve and he gave me his prices on  bulk skiptrace services and explained how he can assist us .
5. Including Steve in my network is necessary because I need expert who finds people contact info.

Reflection: This experience will allow me to be more successful in my future endeavors in the business world. In my opinion it is essential to outsource and hire professionals on certain works. It is totally worth it to deal with experienced professionals and not to reinvent the wheel. Proper use of human resources is very important in any business.This experience differed from my networking experiences in the past because the conversations were a more specific and business oriented.

    Wow, this is a really cool team of people you have found. Great post! I have found it really interesting how people have sourced their network peers. I chose mostly family, other people chose close friends, mentors or people who could play a devils advocate roll. Each of the people you chose for this assignment are either very involved in this field or they can help you directly using their specific talents. I like this approach.

Figuring out Buyer Behavior No.2 Report findings and Draw Conclusions:  Similar to the first buyer behavior assignment, I found 3 people and presented my idea, so I was able to get different opinions on how people viewed my idea. Although the concept I presented (Surplus funds recovery) is more service based. I asked them to suppose one of their property, or their close relative property, went through foreclosure sale and was sold to a third party. Imagining they moved forward with their lives and someone with my company reached out to them mentioning there are funds available to recover.  All 3 responders very sympathized the idea that someone can deal with claim process and professionally recover as much funds possible.
